Windows 3.1 or above


IMPORTANT:

ALL CURRENT INIMAGIC.VBX VERSION 1.0 USERS ARE ENTITLED TO A FREE
UPGRADE TO VERSION 2.2.


Registration information:
-------------------------
The price of a single user (FOR USE BY ONE DEVELOPER) licensed
version is $30.00. The control may be distributed royalty-free.

In order to use the INIMAGIC.VBX custom control a LIC (license file)
must be available while in the Visual Basic design-time environment.
This LIC file will be shipped to you after registration. For further 
registration information please see the INIMAGIC.HLP file.

The following files are included in the download:

	  README.TXT	this file
	* INIMAGIC.VBX	the INI custom control	
       ** INIMAGIC.HLP  the Windows Help file
       ** INIMAGIC.LIC	License File (for registered users only!)
	  INIMAGIC.MAK  This MAK file and the other files: FRM, FRX,
			INI are included as the Visual Basic DEMO source
			code.

(*) These files should be copied to your Microsoft Windows \SYSTEM
    directory.
(**)This file should be copied to your Microsoft Windows directory.


INIMAGIC.VBX Files:
-------------------
The following files are not-included but are necessary:

	! CMDIALOG.VBX	common dialog custom control  
	! THREED.VBX	3D custom control
	! VBRUN300.DLL	Visual Basic RUNTIME dynamic link library

(!) These control ship with Visual Basic 3.0. They are not included
